Looking back, one of the events that fills us with immense pride is our participation in and support for the "2016 Pacific Foundation Tandem Charity Ride," organized by the Hong Kong Society for the Blind (HKSB) to celebrate its 60th anniversary.

A Remarkable Feat of Social Inclusion

The "2016 Pacific Foundation Tandem Charity Ride" was a truly meaningful and pioneering event. Held on November 27, 2016, at the Hong Kong Science Park, it brought together 100 pairs of cyclists, each team comprising a sighted rider and a visually impaired partner, to complete a 10-kilometer journey on tandem bicycles. This was more than just a cycling event; it fulfilled the dream of cycling for many visually impaired individuals and perfectly embodied the spirit of inclusion, trust, and mutual support through the teamwork of sighted guides and their partners.

Kit Man was honored to be one of the supporters of this initiative. We firmly believe that the most direct and effective way to fulfill our corporate social responsibility is by actively supporting local charitable organizations like the Hong Kong Society for the Blind. This event allowed us to witness firsthand the unifying power of community and the boundless potential that everyone can unleash when given equal opportunities.
